Christopher: Thanks for both posts. I am confused by Rachel's comments--Adaptec is comfortable with the lower end of 4Q 98 estimates but she advises not to be concerned about the FY 99 estimates until the full FY 98 figures are in? How are the full figures, which she virtually acknowledges are in line with projections, going to change perceptions about FY99? Maybe I'm reading you wrong. I am not sure whether or not I should be concerned. She hints we shouldn't be concerned - - - - - - yet. This may be a scotch night. Starowl
