So I guess because it looks like we can hopefully save a few cents/minute just on those calls that happen to be to those selected cities we're going to sign right up. I suppose some sort of math would apply in figuring out an ROI, provided of course we keep our fingers crossed that the Feds don't levy that general service fee that all the other telcos have been paying for decades.

Some of our subject matter lately may have confused some issues.
