Sometimes a stock gets beaten down for various reasons... Usually Fundamentals related... When things start turning around in the company, insiders, their relatives, friends, and other people start buying... This causes the technical picture to improve (Charts) while the Fundamentals still reflect the prior poor numbers...

This may be happening with PSIX now... Technicals usually lead fundamentals... Stock manipulators know this, and sometimes manufacture an up move to unload stock to people relying only on a technical move... Then, the dump it at or near the top of the price range...

I like to see some positive change in the fundamentals to accompany good chart action... Otherwise, I'm suspicious...

Calling the company can give you a sense about the company and its Mgmt...
