13r's... I'm pleased to announce that David J. will be offering TA on the 13's... His analyses will focus on the timeliness of the 13's stocks to help highlight the PSIX type stocks a little earlier... Some stocks may only be strong and timely Technically, while others will also be timely Fundamentally... Each 13's threader will have to decide what's appropriate for them...
