I have been a shareholder of Noram-ATF for some time. Regarding the article suggesting misinformation by ATF, the Company's contract with Moscow Transit was in place and ATF was prepared to deliver, but Moscow Transit could not come up with the funds. With regard to the prospects in Japan, the products have undergone extensive testing under Japan's stringent pollution regulations and as far as I know have passed. The Company has been disappointed as much as the shareholders in this long drawn out process. If the Japanese economy was as strong as it was a few years ago when these preliminary contracts were first in place, we probably would have been much further along. But, as we all know, Japan's stock market and economy has been under tremendous pressures and this has been responsible for the delay for some of AFS's projects. The same applies in the country of Korea. Other countries where ATF has undergone preliminary testing have also come under severe economic pressures, which may have delayed these projects. It appears to me that this is not a fly-by-night company and that they have been around for a few years now and have good technology. With the present economic conditions in some countries, it just may take longer. Since ATF had this technology early, it would have been great if they could have turned these preliminary contracts into major deals. Now it has given others the opportunity to catch up. Investing in this company is no sure bet (just as with any company), but I believe this company is for real. Thanks. Joe
