Several points:

1) I recall that there is a mixture of cash and stock in the settlement, but the stock transfer has a covenant that the price has to be over 4, which it is not. In fact, maybe it's 5, can't remember, and can't find the paperwork right now. Actually, I also think what you get has to do with when you bought and sold. you know that as soon as the stock is distributed, it will go down, because lots of people will dump. Hmmm. If it somehow manages to go up, a good time to short.

2) Big difference between ORCL and CNTR. ORCL was much larger, had clearly dominant position in a clearly defined market, had a good strategy that was based on a good business model. Can't say any of that for CNTR.

3) You bought GPTA at $24 and made money? Talk about luck and style! Good for you.
