As it would be very hard to prove that Baines intentionally tries to manipulate the stock price I think one way to put pressure on would be to contact the Vancouver Sun and complain to them. They are ultimatly responsible for printing the article. He has a weekly Saturday column and they are all the same. I would like to see his trading records.
When I owned Turbo and he wrote the first article on them I called and cancelled my subcription to the Vancouver Province. It is published by the Sun owners. I made it clear at the time that was why I was cancelling.
To stand back and not complain only lets him continue. Maybe if enough pressure is put on the Publishers they might get rid of him.
As the share price seems to have corrected itself after the huge run up, and the day traders took profits, all might go well.
Everyone will make up their own minds as to their comfort levels with the management. Good luck to all.
