Dan: Market cap is not a consideration... Stocks that are = or greater than their 13 week highs, and are 10.00 or less, and have at least 50,000 volume on the crossover day qualify regardless of market cap... CBS doesn't meet the 13's criteria but I like it... I've owned it in my DRIP account since it was WX... Jim
