Hopeing someone can offer information:

I am invested in FTEL (Franklin Telecommunications) and they recently signed a "Co-Location" agreement with WorldCom to place FTEL's DVG Server (Digital Voice Grade) server on WorldCom sites for the purpose of creating a IP Telephony network.

The first installation should include about 18 cities (locations unknown) and is to be completed in the next few months. The 18 cities will be installed as a test run to allow debugging of the network and test the billing software.

Hopefully, many more locations will follow a successful test run.

My questions:

1. Are you aware of this agreement and if, so, has it been discussed?

2. Does WorldCom entertain other companies with similar products?

3. Is an IP Telephone Network now running on any WorldCom site?

4. or MCI site?

Thank you in advance to anyone wishing to answer these few questions.
You can post information here, send a private message or email me at pgaraffa@aol.com.

Also, please feel free to post the same information at the FTEL thread. There are many anxious investors waiting for the details!

Thank you again!
