Thanks for the detail information. Acutally that was what I thought, it has
to be more than $6, otherwise they lose more shares. What made me
curious is in the settlement it mentioned this would be applied "at a
centain date in the furture ", do you or anybody have any idea when it will
be? When they reached the settlement, they must have had the faith that
their stock would be doing well or at least steady around $6 at this
"centain date in the furture". Any thoughts?
