R, I agree with you. $1.44 was top buck when the deal was done. Just so happened the stock went through the roof the day after they signed the papers. Good for the shareholder and AFS! ps. re dead cat: no worry 'Lefty', the only kitty around here is the one chasing the 'short' legged rats around. Hard to get rid of them, they keep coming back. <g> Remember, at 1.90 ATF is up over 55% in five trading days. ;-) regards,tj
