You are welcome. No cash - stock only. BTW, it reached $4.00 already
WITHOUT news of an impending adquisition (#53) and it never got even
close to $2.00 (#43). Likewise, I also don't believe that it will fluctuate
back and forth a "half a point or so" (#64). I am convinced based on
lenghty, thorough, and on-going research, that their shares are most
likely (speculation only - not a prediction) to easily reach $5.00 within
the next week or so, possibly $6.00+ by mid-to-late November, and
then hover between $5.00 and $6.00+ until further news one way or
the other.

Since this is mostly speculation and that is what we are all engaged in
to begin with, I also don't believe that any of us ought to be subject to
patronizing warnings addressed to "Unsophisticated Investors" (#70).

None of us are being forced to listen to any of what is posted here, and
I would venture to say that the majority of us following this thread are
doing so mostly to get feedback on our own independent conclusions
while at the same time attempting to stay abreast of new developments.

Steve, I sincerely respect your opinions; and I thank you and others for
their active participation which is teaching me plenty. You already got
burned by Gupta in the past unfortunately, but I am glad that you chose
to share your experience with the rest of us. However, let me remind
you that we are not necessarily in the same boat and therefore you may
want to be equally respectful of everyone else's opinions.

I, for one, SUGGESTED on October 16 that Centura's stock had bottomed
out at $2.94 and was lucky to buy-in on the same day. Which means
that I would already stand to make a gross 40% profit apx. if I was to
sell at $4.00-$4.25 on Monday. You called me nuts yet my suggestion
has since been proven to have some validity (And BTW, I probably
over-reacted to your observation. No, I have never lived in New York
but if you are game I would consider dropping-in on you sometime!?).

So who among us is to say that ANYONE ELSE's suggestions, not matter
how "ridiculous" they may sound AT THE TIME, are "irresponsible" and
misleading? Time could indeed prove me and others who agree with my
observations TOTALLY wrong. I am open to that. This IS a risky game.

IMHO time ALONE ought to be the only judge. Good luck to you!
