I agree. No, I have no idea of what the date is but would welcome any
speculation on it. However, they would have to file with the SEC PRIOR
to distribution; and I am (and surely others too!) monitoring SEC filings
on a daily basis. Yet Centura's liquidity is in such dismal shape that
I believe dramatic developments (one way or the other) are bound to
take place very soon. IMHO, it will most likely be very good news for
the shareholders. But again, this is only speculation and this IS a
risky business.

Anyone reading this thread who does not have the stomach for risk
would probably be well-advised to stay away from Centura -- no matter
how potentially rewarding our investment could turn out to be (at least
for those of us fortunate enough to buy very low!).

I am seriously considering raising the stakes on Monday, when you
may still be able (hopefully!) to buy-in as low as $3.5+, but I would not
wait too long to make a decision if I was you -- one way or the other.

Good luck to you!
