Oh, I've long since taken my tax write-off on this pathetically managed company. In fact, it actually has been a good case study for me, since the money I lost wasn't significant (though it still hurts). The old cliche about the mousetrap is still true. It's nice to see somethings never change, despite technology or perhaps..because of it. Unlike you Rod, I don't have any hard feelings for those on this thread that were overly optimistic. We all make our own bed. I do, however, agree with you that this management should be replaced immediately (if they're were decent individuals they'd have stepped down already) before they discharge all that is left of the equity and the company should be sold. I doubt the shareholders would get anything, but they might get some stock of a decent organization. It's a small consolation, but it might help those who lost their shirts. Good luck to all...recommendation...buy SCON for a company that has cash, prospects, technology and management. edge
