What's with that private placement? It seems so SMALL -- proceeds of $151,200 !!?? Was it some sort of personal favour for the neighbour's gardener's cousin's friend?

With ATF trading over 2MM shares/day, that represents roughly 15 minutes worth of trading. It also represents about 0.4% of the outstanding shares, barely enough to register. (ie., there won't be any dilution coming from this placement, even if they had given away the shares for nothing.)

Any ideas?
