I am troubled. My memories are somewhat hazy from my law school days but I seem to recall that many of the privilege issues relating to this investigation were decided by the Supremes in the Nixon case from the early '70s. How can these so-called intelligent lawyers say with a straight face that the Jones/Lewinsky/Willey/Gracen/Zercher, et al investigation relates to Slick's official duties. It isn't a matter of national security. Or a matter vital to the national interest (regardless of the national interest this matter has created). It involves criminal activity outside the scope of Presidential duties. If these tactics were utilized in your normal civil discovery proceedings they would border on being sanctionable. I am ashamed to admit that I voted for this phony in 1992, regardless of the state of the economy or anything else he claims to have accomplished. It seems that pleasing the Presidential sex drive is the only course that WJeffersonC has followed consistently during his tenure in the Oval Office. Remember Bradley's memorable speech at the '92 convention? The catch phrase when referring to Bush was "he wiggled, waffled and wavered." A more apt description of the current President does not exist. His libido is the only thing he has in common with his role model, JFK. He is not decisive, he is not eloquent, he is not charismatic, he is not graceful, and his administration is more like Cumalot than Camelot.

Of course, this is only my opinion.
