I agree with your purchase. Correct me if I'm wrong, doesn't there have to be a shareholder's meeting or something of that nature, in order to get new management? The last meeting in NY was cancelled. Are there plans for a new one, maybe sometime soon? How was the meeting cancelled? Is there anything illegal about doing that? Also, someone mentioned Jim Dhal buying WPEC, I know it is up for sale, but who is Jim Dhal, anybody know? With AUGi trying to get out of the software businesses, and selling WPEC, what will be left but IDF. And the truth about IDF, is that no one really knows whats going on there? I guess with AUGI, you've a got a company which is going to look very different in the near future.
