ADPT employee options were repriced a few weeks ago in the low-$20 range. I believe vesting periods were extended 6 months as well. So employee option motivation is still there, in fact you could look at it that they don't have to work nearly as hard because they no longer have to get the stock back close to $50 for options to be in the money.

Now, when do OUR shares get repriced??? ;-)
