Evan:

>>>1. Is the volume still considered low considering there are only like a little over 2.5 million shares out, and 1.5 are owned by the employees/board members, and the normal volume is low, like 3 thousand or something?<<<

Yes... Part of the reason the volume looks low is because there is a small amount of shares (FLOAT) available for the general public to trade... Conversely, with such a low float, if something was really going on with the stock it would zoom up as too many investors were chasing too few shares... I still like to see a minimum of 50,000 shares traded for liquidity purposes... In other words, when I want to sell, I want to make sure my order doesn't take the price down...

>>>2. Is the resistance point to break actually 3, going out how far time wise, or is that just a number used because it hit it today and fell down from there? (basically asking what the actual resistance is.)<<<

I look at the weekly charts which give me about a 5 year look back to see where trading has leveled off at different price points... In 1995 the price leveled off in the 3.00 area... You can see this on a chart distinguished by the Horizontal (lateral) price points over a period of time... The 3.00 area is not exact, but a general indication of where a current up move may stall as previous buyers at that level see an oppty to break even and get out...
