See it you agree with this analysis.

I thought that the money raised from the public offering was going to be used to set up production for the ultracapacitor. To date the acquisitions and capital have not gone in this direction.

I purposed a key to this is the release;

"Wednesday announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding
with Siemens Matsushita Components to evaluate the establishment of a joint venture to pursue large-scale commercialization of Maxwell's patented PowerCache ultracapacitor product line." extracted from past press release.

This is where the production will be. I base my conclusion on:

1) Maxwell has stated that they are 1- 1 1/2 years ahead of their competition.

2) This competition is Panasonic.

3) The parent company of Panasonic is MATSUSHITA ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS CO., LTD.

4) Panasonic was a competitor on the bid for the northeast cooridor
high speed rail brake bid that they lost. At this time Matsushita became interested in Maxwell.

5) Sales of Panasonic capacitors have basically been flat.

6) Maxwell is talking to Siemens Matsushita Components.

7) The recent aquisitions came after the meeting with Siemens in Europe.

I think Maxwell is planning to team and allow incorporation of its' technology in with Siemens.

What are your ideas on this?
