So the question is, what would it take to admit you are wrong - what happens if they don't have a "massive restructuring?"

Since they'll be reporting revenues for TLC separately this quarter, will you admit you are wrong if revenues are above $100 million and reserves are flat to up?

What are you expecting this quarter with all of your comments about share loss and weak products. C'mon set it in stone now so we can have a FACTUAL BENCHMARK to use in looking at Q1.
