hi gary, first they will be listed on the "Neue Markt" in Frankfurt, Germany. which is ment to be the german high-tech exchange. and in fact the "Neue Markt"-Index went from about 500 in march 1997 to 2300 now!!! nearly every stock that went public on the "Neue Markt" at least doubled. the number one story is mobilcom, which did a 1500% raise since its ipo in last march. i think this is the reason why they want to go to the "Neue Markt" before going to the Nasdaq (which was announced, too). In germany we have an unbelievable boom on these few high-tech-stocks becaouse there are only very little in germany (there are about 15 stocks at the neue markt now, one of them is lhs group which is also listed on nasdaq, rofin-sinar, scm microsystems and qiagen are also nasdaq i think) greets af
