I think Cendant sees it's future in this area as selling it's edutainment and entertainment software over the internet. That is why I was happy to see TLC make that acquisition in this area (I have forgotton now what it was called, but it sells software over the internet.) I am long TLC and CD both, and think both will do very well. RR
