Symbios has a presence in wireless communications and Set-top boxes and other high growth areas that ADPT has no presence. when it comes to SCSI there might be some overlap and some products will be pruned, but those decissions are based on dollars. Now will there be some synergies in the SCSI group yes, are there room for layoffs yes. Who will go and who will stay Symbios employees will most likely be the first to go. If business conditions are great you just place these workers on new projects. If cash flow is hurting, then out the door they go. Will Accounting and payroll, sales, marketing all have romm to be prunned over time. This will benifet the share holders in the short run.
