James and IsaacF1: I'll be glad to provide you with any information I have about Perle Systems (PERLF). I noticed you have taken an interest in this issue due to its improving TA. I've been following this one myself, on The Rational Analyst thread at: exchange2000.com I started accumulating this at about 1 5/8 after I noticed the fundamentals being reflected in a slowly-but-surely improving technical picture. It in fact became my second recommendation: exchange2000.com Some inaccuracies and adjustments from that post have been ironed out, and I now have a technical target of about about $3.75-$4.00.
