Mike, TODAY, people are using the internet as a voice provider. There
are several utilities available which will allow one to connect to a
remote address and send voice messages. I am not commenting on the
'ethics' or whatever, only on the feasibility, without emotional con-
tent. It is hardly a virus, of that I am certain.

Realistically, it is unlikely we will return to the old phone service
model for pricing. With Frame Relay, and ATM, the cost per k will be
MUCH cheaper than anything we have seen to-date. Let's look toward the
future, not the past. If it is useful, and people want it, it will
likely happen.
