Yeah, but 600K trading bust? I have done a patent search and found 2 patents for Davidsohn and Cinotti; the second (Mar 3, 1998) is an expansion of claims of the first. (url's listed) Mar. 3, 1998 patents.uspto.gov Feb. 25, 1997 patents.uspto.gov These URL's are probably broken into 2 lines because of the length; to use them paste the 2 halves together. I agree with the non-response of the company -- are we really buying into these patents? They still belong to Davidsohn and Cinotti as of the patent filing -- not assigned to anyone. CONJECTURE -- These 2 guys have merged with Purewater (dead company) to allow them to license the patents. This would allow them to reap from their patent filing without direct risk or assignment to the inc. The up side -- the most recent is an expanded claims filing of the first; not normally done except to protect something valuable missed in the original filing! The above was not intended as hype; I have also called the co daily (& sometimes more often) during the last couple of weeks but have had no direct contact with anyone other than the receptionist!
