How about the possibility that one or both of the analysts left?

How about Oppenheimer realized that they weren't going to get any investment banking business from TLC anytime in the near future and therefore dropped coverage?

How about Oppenheimer doesn't feel that it is a hold anymore?

How about Oppenheimer analysts are split on the company's prospects?

How about Oppenheimer analysts don't know anything more than the thread?

How about Oppenheimer realizes that TLC's last three acquisitions have been accretive vice dilutive?

How about Oppenheimer analysts have a disincentive to maintain a HOLD rating on a stock that has gone up 40% since then?

How about you stop SHOUTING?

Do you get the picture? I'm sure you thought that the entire market failed to notice that Oppenheimer dropped coverage in February so you'd remind us here two months later (?). Get real!

More to the point is that most Oppenheimer analysts (unlike many other major brokerage houses) have the guts to make a SELL call if that's what they think. As I have not seen a SELL rating, I'm not at all worried and I will pass on that I don't think anyone else should be (at least not about this news).
