Cheer up y'all. There has been no material change in the company's business since it's last disclosure of the Mexican Contract weeks ago, as far as I know. There were 2 good Financial Post articles, one super Investor's Digest article, and one negative Van Sun Baines' article. Through this period, more than 20 million shares change hands, obviously a lot more than a few times, in a company with only 25 million shares. The share price jumped in one day by 1.60, and retraced almost all it's gain. All this happened without the company disclosing any further material changes in it's business. What is there to worry about. We have seen WPT, in a very similar business, do so well with it's share price. It too had some volatility to get up to this point, although with much less publicity and therefore also less volatility. However, it is almost general consensus with people here that ATF is much more advanced in it's business than WPT. This company has more than 20 mil bucks of tax credit from research in it's books alone. We know the initial Mex deal is worth 2 mil. The company has very good prospects, of course nothing in business is absolutely guaranteed. AT current market cap, the company is worth roughly 36 mil. Is this it's true value? What would an established automotive company pay to get into the business? What did Daimler Benz and Ford paid to get into the fuel cell business? I myself missed out on the trading profits, but then I did'nt see the Baines' article coming. My loss. But I am still confident I will enjoy enormous profits from this investment later. And hopefully, not much later. PS Wayne, verified with VSE this morning my numbers on shorts were up to date as stated. My guess of a massive outstanding short position can go into the garbage bin. On the positive side, not many shorts left so sentiment must be better. |
