Turkey: According to the company, TLC has averaged having less than 30% of its products in rebate programs and continues to experience less than 25% of those eligible for rebates actually requesting them. This works out to rebates of less than only 8% of retail sales which is no more than 4% of total revenues IF the rebates are all 100% (which they are not). It's probably money well spent and certainly nothing to get all hot and bothered about, especially if the programs are going to soon be ending.

Sales of Grolier and ADAM are probably less than $1,000,000/year each out of Mindscapes revenues of at least $150,000,000/year. Furthermore, I do not believe that there is a commitment to terminate the distribution plan for these products. What is your reference on this point?
