I was kidding and I really don't think that will happen. However, you should know that in the recent ice storm that hit the province Quebec Hydro first called Con Edison in New York State for assistance instead of Ontario or New Brunswick Hydro. That fact was an eye opener in Canada, and started some thinking about that. In fact, I believe Quebec has threatened that action in the past. Whether it comes true or not is purely conjecture on my part. Sorry to mislead.
