Hi Everyone, I've been looking at how well the Speculation component of the IDIOT WAVE called the turn in the market back in late Dec. and early Jan. When it hit the Low Risk area, it signalled a strong short term rally as I indicated in my weekly newsletter at the time. Boy! None of us could have guessed how strong that rally might be, but it sure did lots of nice things for all of us. execpc.com (components graphs) Now, for the first time in a while, the Speculation component has gone back to the High Risk area. This is the usual "pendulum" action that has occurred many times before. If it continues, it usually means an over-cooked market with the usual consolidation to follow. We'll be keeping a sharp eye on that item over the next few weeks. Best regards, Tom
