IMAT.... Cash Flow is Important... James: Interesting analysis... What I think has happened, is that they wanted to improve their operating cash flow... Yes... It would be nice to own 100% of everything... But... Sommetimes companies have to go outside their walls for additional financing... Many oil companies and pharaceutical companies do it... As for selling their scanners... They recently sold their 100th scanner... That business will continue to grow... I think the Heartscan centers are a good idea... They will broaden the use of their technology... Jim
