In response to rationality of 2 by two on the ark consider that food for some beasts is the other beast. Forty days food would be impossible if it were literal. Noah's ark is a parable IMHO depicting how to get out out of trouble when faced with a delimna that is floods our ability to reason with unwanted thoughts. Then in times of trouble we must must build an ark for our thought to protect them from the flood of negative thoughts. I fully believe all humanity has an earth shattering crisis sometime in their lifetime. That is their flood. and the ark is the ark of their faith and convictions. It is a time to turn yourself over to God and know you are safe in your creator's care. Spend much time in prayer communing to the God of your understanding. Stay in the ark for an indefinate period of time. Expressed in the bible as 40 days. Send out the Dove to check to see if the nad thoughts still exist in your mind. If they go back in the ark and continue to pray.Then when a few days have passed send the dove to check again.

I do not claim this is what the bible meant. It is just my interpretation as a parable. Like the old religious tribes I carry my ark with me. It is a special part of me devoted to communion with God. I need no intercessor for this such as Jesus the man. God speaks to me in very subtle ways. You just have to train your self to be observant and you can do the same.
Peace dear brothers. We all have the same creator. We each have different levels of wisdom. Like the spokes on the wheel all lives goes from the immortal to the mortal and all paths eventually reach God just as all spokes lead to the axle.
