There are roughly 50 million shares out and 20 million in the float. The company also owns six athletic clubs in Northern California doing about $4.5 million in sales with $250,000 in cash flow. They are supposed to release 4 movies this year and are making seven. As far as projections it is hard to say but you can call the Chairman @ (650) 340-1074.
