Sure, subpoenas can be quashed and all that there, but this man and other people have been issued subpoeanas by Starr, yet offer absolutely no promise of material information. Their lives are needlessly disrupted, and for what purpose?

As with the Women's Movement (not to be confused with bonafide feminists), I have found the ACLU to be strangely selective in what causes it chooses to take on or spotlight.
