CHKPF is to buy Metroinfo with 683200 new shares.
CHKPF's stock price dropped a point. At the currently
$40 3/8, Metroinfo costed $27.6 million dollars.
Not a huge amount.

I believe Metroinfo is a private company with a portfilio
of network products. Anyone listening in to the conference
call?? Anyone has any thoughts??
