No, I can't remember anything about it where Clinton's concerned. I wonder, though, whether any president has claimed DC as his residence. With Bush part of the problem seemed to be that he had an actual residence, in Maine, but chose to claim Texas because it was cheaper for him.

Does Clinton, like Bush, rent a room in Little Rock? Where do they stay when they're there?
