Epstein has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Epstein joins DoubleClick after serving as Senior Vice President at CUC International prior to that company's merger with HFS into Cendant Corporation. He was responsible for CUC's corporate development activities and acquisitions, as well as directing strategy, finance and operations for AutoVantage, a leading Internet automotive site.
