I had thought he was on a leave of absence. However, a (solvent) lawyer usually works on more than one case. There are conflict rules and professional canon which govern these things. I'm sure given the scrutiny Mr. Starr is under if he was violating any we'd see it splashed all over the papers. What are the conflicts which have been alleged, if any? JLA
