At the risk of being burnt at the stake by my conservative brethren, I think Al Gore is an honorable man and could certainly serve responsibly until the next election. I don't agree with most of his politics, but I would not be afraid to leave my daughter in the same room with him. At least that's an improvement although incremental to be sure. Let the people decide who's next. Maybe a resignation and/or impeachment might force some voters to actually think before they vote. There are credible candidates on both sides of the aisle. JLA
