I agree with you, however, it's not my decision. My friend feels otherwise and he won't pursue it. Even if he wins, it won't put hm back where he was. There's no way to make him whole. Interestingly enough the case against the company is weak according to his lawyer because the company believes it acted reasonably on specific credible and corroborated evidence. JLA
