Christine, why would you assume that a promiscuous person would be a poor politician? While I can understand the difficulties working in Washington creates, you assume over and over again that a person's sexual behavior or inclinations impact on work performance, and they most decidedly often do not.
I personally would not want to hire a person who didn't have plenty of love and sex in his or her life, because my own personal beliefs and observations tell me that these celibate people are often bitter, neurotic, uptight, cannot concentrate very well, and are generally unpleasant and nerve-wracking to be around. But in all fairness to them, and in upholding the labor laws as well, I would put my own personal prejudices aside and hire them anyway, because these things are not really related to job performance. |
