If I were you, I will wait after the election.
One big problem with TAGS is the price spread is very
high. I think they close at 12 3/8 but the bid price is
something like 11 1/2 and the ask price is 12 1/2 or
something like that. It is highly illiquid.

I think most of the mutual fund will be waiting on
the side line. Most of them are weary about the election
too and most of them don't want to get in to a high
risk small cap at year end; if you buy Intel, MFST or IBM
and loose money, you have plenty of excuse but if you buy
a no name small cap and loose bunch of money, you are in
big trouble! I think the stock will really take off around
the next earning date. I think you have plenty of time.

Of course, I have been wrong before and TAGS is still an
extremely attractive stock at the current price.
