Tarrant is the maker of clothes for such companies as The Limited, Sears and a few others.

They are NOW braking out of a cup and handle base. In Thursday October the 24th's IBD, they were on the New America page. The CEO gave a positive outlook. He also anounced a 10 mil order and that he expects sales to grow 25% and earnings 50% in the next quarter.
