I am not a TA person and I do not understand TA too
well. However, that doesn't stop me to realize that
TAGS' chart looks very good. Yes, it is breaking out
with high volume which usually is a good sign.

I guess my point is this stock is so under value.
Take your time. Well, I was in back in July, it dropped
from 10 to 7 and then comes back to 12. It is a very
risky stock but I think the pay back will be huge.
