At six inches long, it was erect or semi-erect, not flaccid. The article mentioned Peyronie's syndrome. They asked the navy doctor who does the Prez's physical exams, and the doc responded that everything "down there" was normal. Further details were not forthcoming. Angling to one side is what it said, without specifying left or right. But maybe it was doing what plants do when they grow towards the sunlight. Maybe it was "reaching out to touch her" and she was standing at an angle to him. The New Yorker sells back issues. I'll give them a call and post the info.
