I think their trying to blow off some stock. I got a tip today to buy some VEC. The person said that they could probably get some stock crossed to me at or near the bid. As a result, I'm a little bit suspect of the recent runnup. Nevertheless, I did pick some up today in the $1.20 range. Hopefully the run continues. I'll be out at the first sign of weakness.
