A telephone call or a walk down to the corner drug dealer with money in your pocket is all that is required. The LAW can't even prevent EASY access to drugs. The least we should be getting for the billions $$ we give the DEA every year is that they make it DIFFICULT to obtain drugs. But that hasn't happened and probably never will happen unless they start executing drug dealers which America will never allow. Jim
