That's when you liked him - when he was a good little Clintonista. It may well be that he lied to Congress when he was in league with the Clintons.

Funny that he exposed himself to possible legal sanction by now saying the opposite, ain't it? Maybe he has a conscience.

In the law, that would be a "declaration against interest" and be considered highly persuasive.
